SIDETRACK RV PARK PAYMENT POLICY
Before making a reservation, please review our payment policy. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover cards. Personal checks are not accepted. All rates, specials, terms and our payment policy may change at any time without notice.
On booking, we collect the first nights rental rate as a deposit. The remaining balance is collected on check in. However, 100% payment is collected if your arrival and check in are the same date.
RV site rates are based on up to 6 people
Cabin rental is based on up to 4 people
House rental is based on up to 10 people
Sites are limited to 1 RV and 1 vehicle.
You must be 21 or older to rent a cabin or a campsite.
All daily site rates include water, electricity, sewer.
Pets are allowed in the cabin and house with a $50 nightly pet fee
SIDETRACK RV PARK MONTHLY POLICIES
Stays greater than 30 days require a deposit of 50% of the monthly rate.
Monthly reservations are only allowed for RV sites 25,26,27,28 and 29
Monthly invoices, for extended stays over 30 days, are emailed by noon on the first day of the month. These invoices will include the previous month’s utility charges and the next months site rent.
Within these emails, a Reservation Summary link will appear and will allow guests to review and pay all charges securely online.
If full payment has not been received by noon on the second day of the month, the credit card on file will be charged to collect full payment due.
If funds are not available on the credit card on file, guest services will be terminated and a Notice to Vacate immediately will be delivered. The 50% deposit will be applied to outstanding charges.
Canceling of monthly reservations will be charged a $150 cancellation fee if notice is received 30 days prior to the arrival date. No refunds are given for reservations cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival.
Payment arrangements must be requested before the first of the month.
SIDETRACK RV PARK CANCELLATION POLICY
Before making a reservation, please review our cancellation policy.
We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature or early departures. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice.
Reservation cancellations must be done at least 30 days prior to the arrival date for a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
Canceling a reservation less 7 days prior to arrival for in all deposits being forfeited.
All refunds processed via credit/debit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions.
CHANGING YOUR DATES:
We are happy to assist you with reservation changes at any time. Changes made 30 days or greater prior to arrival will not incur any charges. Changes made less than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a $25 processing fee.
NO SHOW POLICY:
Reservations will be held until check-out time (11 am) on the day following your scheduled arrival. No shows will result in a cancelled reservation and full forfeiture of funds.
