Campground Waiver of Liability Release Form
The undersigned hereby waive, release and forever discharge BDDFC LLC, DBA The Sidetrack RV Park, its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, employees, staff, volunteers, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns from any claims resulting from physical or personal injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, loss or death, and any property damage that may occur caused by fire, theft, vandalism, water or land-related accidents, natural events or any other occurrences or mishaps. We are here of our free will, and entirely at our own risk. We understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise by our own or others’ negligence or conditions on the premises or the conditions or our use of amenities offered at the premises or related to travel to and from the premises. Nonetheless, we assume all related risks, both known and unknown. BDDFC LLC, DBA The Sidetrack RV Park, is not responsible for errors, omissions, acts or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity. I fully understand that this is a release of liability and I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I otherwise have to bring legal action against BDDFC LLC, DBA The Sidetrack RV Park, for any personal injury or property damage whatsoever for negligence on the part of BDDFC LLC, DBA The Sidetrack RV Park, its agents and employees. This waiver and release of liability shall remain in effect for the duration of my presence at the premises.
We further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BDDFC LLC, DBA The Sidetrack RV Park, against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney’s fees and any related costs.

SIDETRACK RV PARK PAYMENT AND OVERALL USE POLICY
Before making a reservation, please review our payment policy. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover cards. Personal checks are not accepted. All rates, specials, terms and our payment policy may change at any time without notice.
On booking, we collect the first night’s rental rate as a deposit. The remaining balance is collected on check in. However, 100% payment is collected if your arrival and check in are the same date.
• RV site rates are based on up to 6 people
• Cabin rental is based on up to 4 people
• House rental is based on up to 10 people
• Sites are limited to 1 RV and 1 vehicle.
• You must be 21 or older to rent a cabin or a campsite.
• All daily site rates include water, electricity, sewer.
• Pets are allowed in the cabin and house with a $50 nightly pet fee
• Reservations cannot be made for other guests. Proof of reservation required on check in
• Access to the shower house / barn after hours or when an attendant is not onsite is available via the shower house door on the west side of the barn.
• Policies subject to change without notice.

SIDETRACK RV PARK MONTHLY POLICIES
Stays greater than 30 days require a deposit of 50% of the monthly rate.
Monthly reservations are only allowed for RV sites 25,26,27,28 and 29
Monthly invoices, for extended stays over 30 days, are emailed by noon on the first day of the month. These invoices will include the previous month’s utility charges and the next month’s site rent.
Within these emails, a Reservation Summary link will appear and will allow guests to review and pay all charges securely online.
If full payment has not been received by noon on the second day of the month, the credit card on file will be charged to collect full payment due.
If funds are not available on the credit card on file, guest services will be terminated and a Notice to Vacate immediately will be delivered. The 50% deposit will be applied to outstanding charges.
Canceling of monthly reservations will be charged a $150 cancellation fee if notice is received 30 days prior to the arrival date. No refunds are given for reservations cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival.
Payment arrangements must be requested before the first of the month.

SIDETRACK RV PARK CANCELLATION POLICY
Before making a reservation, please review our cancellation policy.
We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature or early departures. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice.
Reservation cancellations must be done at least 30 days prior to the arrival date for a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
Canceling a reservation less 7 days prior to arrival for in all deposits being forfeited.
All refunds processed via credit/debit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions.

CHANGING YOUR DATES:
We are happy to assist you with reservation changes at any time. Changes made 30 days or greater prior to arrival will not incur any charges. Changes made less than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a $25 processing fee.

NO SHOW POLICY:
Reservations will be held until check-out time (11 am) on the day following your scheduled arrival. No shows will result in a cancelled reservation and full forfeiture of funds.

If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

AUTO-COLLECT
An initial deposit is charged when the reservation is booked.

CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are welcome. Pets must weigh under 100 pounds. Furry friends welcome—with a few rules. Our beloved pets make any adventure even more fun and we’re glad you’re bringing your sidekick with you. We just have a few house rules to ensure all have an unforgettable experience. GUIDELINES: Please make sure to let us know you are bringing your furry friends. You can notify us by entering the number of pets in the online reservation form. Our cabin and house are pet friendly. There is a $50/per pet non-refundable fee. Limit 2 pets per cabin/house. There is no charge for pets in RV sites. Pets must be on a leash at all times. If tied up outside, they must be accompanied by the owner. Please be sure that the leash is no longer than about six feet in length. Pets are not allowed in the Barn. Please clean up after your pet(s). Pets need to be good neighbors, not excessively noisy, child friendly and non-aggressive (snarling, growling, jumping toward other people, etc. can scare other guests). If your pet becomes too un-neighborly, you may be asked to leave without a refund.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY AND PCI COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
BDDFC LLC, DBA The Sidetrack RV Park hereby declares that it adheres to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements, actively maintaining security controls to protect cardholder data, and is currently compliant as verified by Security Metrics on 10/10/2024.
